AIActLiteracy.eu is a static informational website. It stores no cookies in your browser, it measures no traffic, and it collects no form data of its own; you request the checklist on responsiblo.com. Below you will find what personal data we process in connection with this website, why, for how long, and what rights you have.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is responsiblo s.r.o., company registration number (IČO) 19428588, VAT number CZ19428588, registered office at Varšavská 715/36, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 386401. For matters of personal data protection, contact us at info@responsiblo.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require us to; your questions are handled at the address above.
What data we process
When you browse the website, the server records technical data about each request: your IP address, the date and time, the address of the page and your browser identification. When you write to us by email at the address shown on the website, we process the data you put in that email: usually your name, email address, company name, number of employees and the text of your message. We obtain nothing else from this website. We use no cookies, we measure no traffic, we do not track visitor behaviour and we build no profiles.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the technical data recorded by the server so that the website works and is protected against misuse; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. We process the data in your email so that we can send you what you ask for and answer your question or enquiry. Where you contact us with an enquiry about or an order for a company account, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other messages, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has contacted us. We do not send marketing messages and we will not start sending them without your explicit consent. Providing your data is voluntary and no law requires you to give it to us: you need to provide nothing in order to browse the website, and when you write to us we need at least your email address, otherwise we have nowhere to reply to.
The checklist and email communication
You request the checklist on responsiblo.com: the button on this website takes you to the form on responsiblo.com. The data from that form is stored there and the personal data information published on responsiblo.com applies to it. No form data is sent or stored on this website. When you write to us directly at info@responsiblo.com, your email arrives in the responsiblo mailbox and we use it to deal with your message. We will not send you anything else without your consent, and we will not pass your address on to other companies. If you no longer wish us to use your data, write to us at info@responsiblo.com.
Retention periods
We keep the technical server logs for as long as is necessary to operate and secure the website, and then delete them. We keep the emails you send us, whether a plan enquiry or an ordinary question, for as long as it takes to deal with them and to carry on the related exchange, at most 3 years from the last contact, unless in the meantime a contractual relationship arises or another reason for longer retention applies, such as an accounting duty or the defence of a legal claim. Data connected with a user account and with certificates is governed by the personal data information published on responsiblo.com, because accounts and certificates are created there, not on this website.
Processors and data transfers
The website runs on a server of a hosting provider in the Czech Republic, which acts as our processor. An email you send us passes through an email service provider, which is also our processor. We enter into data processing agreements with our processors. This website uses no third-party tools: it contains no measurement or advertising scripts, and the fonts are stored on our own server, so your browser connects to no other service while you read these pages. Browsing this website therefore causes no transfer of personal data outside the European Union. Where one of our processors also processes data outside the European Union, it does so under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. When you move on to responsiblo.com, the personal data information published there at https://responsiblo.com/en/legal#gdpr applies; it also names the processors outside the European Union and the safeguards under which data is transferred to them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, for its correction or erasure, for restriction of processing and for data portability, and you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. It is enough to send your request to info@responsiblo.com. We take no automated decisions about you and we do not profile you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Cookies and measurement
This website stores no cookies in your browser and uses no tool for traffic measurement or advertising. That is why you will find no consent banner on it: there is nothing to allow or refuse. The only record of your visit is the technical server log described above. The links on this website lead to responsiblo.com and to European Union websites; their own cookie rules apply there.
