AI literacy is not prompting training

Nor is it training on one specific tool. It is about making sure the people who use AI in the company understand its capabilities, limitations and risks in the context of their work.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act expects organisations that provide or use AI systems to take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their staff and other people who operate and use AI systems on their behalf.

Can we send our employees to the free course?
Yes. Without a company account, however, you have no records, no overview and no proof for the organisation; the personal certificate belongs to the person, not to the company. The free version is intended for personal use, training employees as an organisation requires a company account. A company training record is created only in a company account.
Is the course really free?
Yes. An individual goes through all 7 chapters, the practical section and the final quiz without paying. You only pay for the company layer with people administration, records and verification.
Is AI Act Literacy an official programme of the European Union?
No. It is an independent educational product of the responsiblo platform, based on Article 4 of the EU AI Act. It is not a programme, a certification or a position of the EU authorities.
What is the AI in practice section?
A simulation of working with an AI assistant. In each chapter you go through 7 real situations, make a decision in each one and immediately get an explanation of the correct approach. It is not a graded test.
Does completing the course mean automatic compliance with the AI Act?
No. The course is a practical foundation in AI literacy and a record of training. Compliance is a broader topic and depends on the context of the company.
Can we add our own internal AI rules?
Yes. The company attaches its own AI policy as another text section with employee confirmation, with no need to produce your own video.
Will we get an overview of our employees?
Yes, a dashboard with completion status, exports, reminders and training expiry depending on the plan.
Which languages does the course run in?
Czech and English, including the practical section with the prompts and the assistant replies. More European languages are being added over time.
